DESCRIPTION:Jamie Robinson’s first full-length ensemble creation takes repetitive\, ever-evolving groove patterns to consider the possibilities of transcendence as a shared movement experience. A pulsating\, open score developed with Kate Franklin\, Avery Smith\, Jessica Wilkie\, and Shion Carter considers a deconstruction of the choreographic role\, pursuing a synchronization of experience to connect with the dances already happened and happening. \nPresented through the Iris Garland Emerging Choreographer Award.
